Ryan Nichols was born in Saluda, South Carolina and raised up in a dairy farming family. Following graduation from law school, Ryan worked for one of South Carolina's largest law firms in Greenville, South Carolina. There, Ryan spent the better half of a decade representing insurance companies and businesses, including small family-owned businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and even one of the major professional sports organizations, in matters involving work accidents, vehicle, railroad and airplane accidents, premises liability, and products liability, many of which involved wrongful death or catastrophic injuries. While at that firm, Ryan also worked on commercial disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, corporate breakups, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair trade practices.
Ryan subsequently joined one of South Carolina's largest real estate law firms and became a partner in the commercial group. There, Ryan handled commercial transactions of all types, including a multi-phased industrial real estate complex acquisition totaling approximately $30,000,000, and also counseled individuals and businesses on contracts, business formation and structuring, as well as general corporate matters.
Now Ryan has returned to his roots and is here to serve the residents of Saluda County and the surrounding areas.
Ryan's practice now focuses on personal injury, workers' compensation, business law, estate planning and real estate.
